Unidentified Decedent

The Norfolk Police Department in conjunction with the Norfolk Office of the Chief Medical Examiner are attempting to identify a male who was found floating in the Elizabeth River on or about March 6, 2003.  The male was found near the area of Harbor Park in the City of Norfolk, Virginia. The decedent was fully clothed in a black print shirt, brown belt with leather belt buckle with the outline of a horse, blue jeans, blue plaid boxer undershorts, black socks and brown work boots.
